Client Celebrations - AcuBoston

You know what someone said to me when I told her that I write newsletters for clients?

She said: “Isn't everyone on social media? Who is reading newsletters anymore?”

I know; I get it. Maybe when you think of newsletters, you think of clogging up someone's email box.

But in reality, email marketing has a return on investment (ROI) between $36 and $42 for every $1 spent.

There’s a hidden benefit to marketing via newsletters: your newsletter can turn into a referral machine for your business.

Newsletters are magic.

In a time when it seems like all we do is scroll, an email newsletter can be a welcome diversion from reels and Tik Toks.

An email somehow feels a little more personal, like a one-on-one conversation you’d like to continue with the person who sent it.

In the case of my acupuncture client, Polina Shneyderman of AcuBoston, that’s exactly what the newsletter ignited. More conversations.

Last fall, AcuBoston expanded their practice from their Brookline, MA, location and opened a second clinic in Dedham, MA.

We created a 5-part newsletter series to promote the opening and highlight the Dedham location’s signature service: Community Style Acupuncture.

As we launched the series, clients came into the Brookline office, and their first words are, “I’m so excited about your new location. I told my [mom/sister/brother] about it, and they can’t wait to come in!”

It’s also piqued curiosity. Clients asked, “Tell me more about community-style acupuncture. I want to tell more people about it.”

Best of all, clients who hadn’t been in for a while booked appointments.

But hey, don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what Polina has to say:

Simply put, more connections = more money for your business. Who doesn’t want that?

If you’re looking to bring some magic to your business – create more connections and increase your bottom line – newsletters are the way to go.

Let’s build some magic together. Reach out to me at judi@judi411.com to get the conversation started.
