Client Showcase: Nina Manolson, Body-Peace® Coach

The inimitable Nina Manolson www.ninamanolson.com

While I’m a writer in this chapter of my life, you might be surprised to learn that I was a professional musician in a former one.

I started playing viola when I was nine years old, and by the time I was 15, I toured across Europe with a national youth orchestra.

As an adult, I’ve played in orchestras in and around Boston — Brookline Symphony, Cambridge Symphony, and the MIT Summer Orchestra — as well as in chamber music groups. And get this: I’ve played at Symphony Hall TWICE!

While I chose my first love — the written word — as my profession, my ability to hear the tone and cadence of writing is something I credit to my musical training.

My writer’s ear came in handy in a recent client engagement with Body-Peace® Coach Nina Manolson.

Nina helps women end the food & body war so they can finally experience Body-Peace®.

If you are a woman living in a body, you know the messages we receive in relation to it. Nina helps you navigate out of the noise around you and into the voice inside you to cultivate a better relationship with your body.

Nina coaches individuals and groups and was developing a mobile app so she could expand her reach and help as many women as possible.

While Nina is a prolific writer, she felt stuck and needed another set of eyes (and ears) to craft a clear message.

She turned to me for copywriting help with the sales page and the app description.

I’ll let Nina tell the rest of the story:

I had hit the creative wall, but then Judi opened the door.

In just a few hours, she was able to revise and expand upon what I had written, all while maintaining my writing voice and business values.

If you ever find yourself in a time crunch and need a copywriter on call, Judi is the woman to work with!

I’m thrilled to report that Nina’s Body-Peace® App is now available, and Nina and I are developing some other writing projects together.

I often say, “It’s hard to read the label when you live inside the bottle.” Writing in collaboration can uncork your creativity.

I also say, “Sometimes you need to start small to get big,” which is where my signature service, An Hour of My Time, comes in.

If you’re a business owner who loves creating your own content but needs help getting over the finish(ed) line, An Hour of My Time is the perfect place to start!

Let’s uncork YOUR creativity together!
