Last week I updated you about The Next Book by telling you it’s not coming out anytime soon.

Which led to a lot of questions about The Audio Book version of Fuckery.

First, let me start by saying that I love this.

I love that so many of you want me to add “audiobook narrator” to my list of credentials. 

And yes, I’m not naive; I know you really want an audiobook version of Fuckery for you. 

I know my sultry voice is one for the ages, and my deadpan delivery is what you hear when you read my words. 

And yes, I want an audiobook as much as you do.

And now is not the time.

I just had to rip the Band-Aid off and say it.

But I have a salve for your wound, something to hold you over until the audiobook or Second Book comes into the world.

Note if you’re new here: some of these podcasts feature me as Judi McLaughlin, my married name. I assure you, in the same way that a rose by any other name will smell as sweet, Judi by any other name is the same salty, sarcastic gal you’ve come to know and love (or at least tolerate).

Spoiler alert: some of these podcasts feature a softer side of me (yes, one exists!) and speak to vulnerable sides of my personality and essence. 

No, I will not tell you which ones. You’ll simply have to listen to them all. 

Yes, I know, I’m a “torture,” as my Irish family would say. 

But would you want me any other way? Probably not.

So go forth and listen to my words of wit, wisdom, or pure nonsense (depending on the podcast), and thanks for your patience while I focus on the aspects of my business that I know will bring the most joy (for both of us).
