It’s all New Year, New Me now! I hope you are enjoying your time at the gym, bullet journaling, or drying out your liver.

As for me, I plan to remain the salty, sarcastic gal you’ve all come to know and love (or at least tolerate).

And I’m bringing the sass to the Medford Public Library!

In case you missed it amongst all the #holidaymadness, mark your calendar now and prepare to get cozy and listen to me read some of these wild tales OUT LOUD!

Save the date!!!

7-8 pm

Medford Public Library, 111 High Street, Medford, MA

This speaking engagement fulfills so many dreams for me.

(Most notably, I can walk to the library from my house, so I don’t have to travel far. LOL)

Seriously, I grew up in libraries. My parents were “burn your television” people before it was cool, and our preferred form of family entertainment was reading.

Yes, my word nerd roots run deep.

Libraries are important to me. They are the people’s university and the embodiment of my favorite Constitutional Amendment: Freedom of Speech.

To know that my local library, the one I’ve patronized for over two decades, has welcomed me as an author is humbling, flattering, and — let’s face it — affirming.

There was a tiny little piece of me that thought my book wouldn’t be welcome because of its title.

And I am so happy I was wrong.

So, please join me in what, to me, will be a very significant moment in my newly-formed role as an author.

I’ll read a little, answer a few (as in, very few) questions, and then sign books for those who would like me to do so.

See you there to #spreadthefuckery!
