Worldwide Reach, World-Class Video Production

CGIAR worked with Revent Consulting to up-level their online event experience for a global conference on climate change.

When it came time to produce the CGIAR webinar series on climate security, we knew we wanted to create webinars that were more than Zoom gatherings and had a more polished and professional look. 

Having no prior experience organizing virtual events, I didn't know what resources were available for high-level video production. Through a connection to IBM Watson, I began researching and learned about Julie Migliacci and Revent Consulting.

From my first interaction, I knew I wanted to work with Julie to organize my webinars. She was accommodating and understood that I still needed guidance on the process. 

Julie's impact was immediate. She helped me see the available options and guided me through organizing our first webinar. She generously offered tips and insights and ushered me through the process straight through to the day of our first event. 

No question was too small or insignificant for Julie. Despite our time difference (I am based out of Indonesia; Julie is in Boston), I always knew I could turn to her for help while planning, organizing, and executing our event.

The quality of the events was outstanding, and Revent's professionalism was exceptional. The Revent Team took care to brief every one of our speakers on what they could expect during the live-stream production, which put them at ease and resulted in a higher-quality presentation for our audience. 

The output was similar to a TV talk show, with high-resolution video and sound and a cadence that mirrored a newscast. By live-streaming on three locations at once, Facebook, YouTube, and our website, we broadcasted our message of climate security to a wider audience and expanded our sphere of influence.

Thanks to Revent, we met our webinar objectives. We produced the highest quality content possible, and we also know how to continue to create meaningful public-facing events with ease. Organizing virtual events and webinars is no longer a mystery because we understand the steps and processes required behind the scenes, thanks to Julie and the Revent Consulting team.
