Client Celebrations - 4Squares Residential Group

Jennifer Keenan, Medford Real Estate Expert and Founder of 4Squares Residential Group www.4squaresre.com

Well, we are one month into the year. How’s that “New Year, New You” thing going?

As will come as no surprise that I’m not really into resolutions like most people.

Instead, I chose my word of the year (WOTY). My WOTY anchors my thoughts and my mission throughout the year.

Plus, I’m a word nerd!

2023’s word is Visibility.

Over this year, I’ll be putting my word into action by celebrating the clients I work with to enhance their visibility.

This month’s Client Showcase: 4Squares Residential Group in Medford, MA.

The 411 About 4Squares

I’ve had the joy of working with Jennifer Keenan of 4Squares Residential Group for over three years. Jen and I have bonded over many things —yoga, wine, good food — but mostly our love of living in New England and, more specifically, in Medford, MA.

We do this through two signature blogs:

A Day Away in MA: The 4Squares team loves a good day trip, and MA has loads of options! Each month we highlight a different MA city or town, including its history and some fun things to do, places to see, and —because we don’t miss a meal — somewhere to eat!

A Day Away is full of adventurous options if you’re looking to take in a different view this year.

Meet Me in Medford A series of fun, casual interviews with various Medford residents, Meet Me in Medford showcases the folks in Medford who make our little city so special.

Some of our recent interviewees include Dave McGillivray, the Technical Director of the Boston Marathon, co-founder Max Heinegg of Medford Brewing Company, and local entrepreneur Clare Flaherty of Trove Green Provisions, an eco-friendly home and body goods store.

Now I know what you’re thinking. “This is all fine and dandy, Judi, but what do these blogs actually DO for Jen’s business?”

Here’s where I turn the mic over to Jen, who can tell you herself:

Content is a long game. It’s about keeping your brand top of mind with your readers and serving as a resource to them. Time and time again, I’ve pointed prospects and clients to content we’ve built in both the A Day Away and Meet Me in Medford series, which has helped build trust, and establish myself as the Medford real estate expert to rely on. And that’s what leads to business for me.
